so, what about me?...........hmmmm. a true taurean, love of life and luxury, yep that's me. i'm not into trendy things.... i want things to last. i adore things of byegone era's......HISTORY

.....ABOUT ME: i am a performance artist.

i play with fire and i am also a member of a polynesian dance company. i am very much interested in all that is earthly. a researcher of earth religions and cultures close to that energy. i am a daughter of yemenja. some of the images placed on my site represent that power of SHE.

i am also a devotee of Laka, the goddess of hula. as an artist i am getting more into tribal art, glyphs and symbols. they have been, for the past four years, coming thru my work very strongly. so, it is no surprise that i`ve started the artwork for my first tattoo. fascinated by the maori of new zealand`s facial tattoing, ta moko, i will most likely pull from this ancient style of markings. i've spent four years looking for a tattoo that i would be comfortable with 20 years from now and where exactly it should be placed on my body. placement if nothing else, is very important.

since this first writing i have received my first tatau from my uncle rio mataoa while in tahiti, july 2004. it's all i could have ever wanted! Mau'ru'uru uncle !
