what makes a childhood dream reality? most certainly it cannot be attributed merely to the procurement of an award, a prize made of paper & gold ink. it has to be carried within the makeup of the individual. in their bones, in their blood.

for long i have been obsessed with form , space and order.

CREATION. it is in me. to create an experience is my objective.

motivations+loves+obsessions

OK, ok, so i like strange things like : dead roses, salmon croquettes & buttered grits, stripey tights, things with skeletons & boney things, long black skirts with lotsa lace and stuff, methos, the rocky horror picture show, RaIn, and gloomshine..........and that's just for starters.

where i have worked, who i have worked for, what i have done as it relates to all that is part of my life. did i go to school or did i imagine those five years of architorture? do i have an objective in life or do i just want to get a license and fall into obscurity with the rest of them.

who i aspire to be: well, truly i aspire to be all that i am. a seeker of knowledge and experience. in my life i will accomplish goals i have set for myself, some relying on the support of the infrastructure within the field of architecture, some not. since childhood wanting to be an architect meant more to me than just designing or building without cause BUT, creating space in which WE may feel secure, comfortable and healthy. between the time architects came about and many folks stopped building their own homes, WE lost the ability to think clearly about what works and what doesn't in building. feng shui is not new and i came upon it before i knew what it was. the spirituality within architecture is diminishing. all the nonsense about which way to face what door and blah, blah, blah is not entirely so far fetched. connecting with what you encounter or feel within a space is very much real. and how that space affects you in your life is a concern everyone should have. but, that is merely my opinion and even though i am in touch with that, to each it's own.
